Katelios - Kefalonia

Katelios located in southeastern Cephalonia. It is a picturesque village with many taverns where the owners are more fishermen, serving fresh fish to make the boat. Built on a green plain, surrounded by mountains and sea.
Katelios, is a picturesque village of natural beauty, occupies the upper right part of the valley below the village of Markopoulo, with a river passing through its centre.
This river is unique in Kefalonia for the fact that it has natural water flowing throughout the whole year.
The beach is awarded the blue flag (one of the cleanest seas), the water is shallow, ideal for children.
Each year the Katelios becomes more attractive to hundreds of families who want to spend their holidays in a place that is green everywhere, trees full of fruit (apricots, peaches, figs ...) and hundreds of trees.
