TERMS & CONDITIONS

All rates are NET in EURO. All rates of Hotels and Bungalows are in Euro PER ROOM per night.

All rates of Studios, Apartments and Villas are in Euro PER UNIT per night, unless stated otherwise.

All rates of Transfers by taxi are in Euro per vehicle (1-4 pax with one Luggage each).

All night transfers taking place between the hours 23:00 and 06:30 hrs carry a 50% surcharge – this applies to taxi transfers on the island of Kefalonia ONLY.

Group rates will be advised by agreement.
IMPORTANT
NOTICES
-
No complaint will be accepted after clients' departure, if the event has not been reported locally to us during the clients' stay.

Payment Terms: 30% non-refundable deposit on confirmation of reservation with balance payable 10 working days prior to clients' arrival.

In case of cancellation of already confirmed reservations (14days – middle season; 21days – high/peak season), there will be expense fees: 30,00 euros.
All payments must be made by bank deposit or cheque, free of bank expenses. Cefalonia Holidays reserves the right to cancel arrangements or refuse to honour vouchers, if the agreed payments have not been received in time.

To assist in the selection of appropriate accommodation, we have rated all apartments and studios on a key system and hotels on a * system. Extra beds are camp beds unless stated otherwise.
Above Cancellation fees apply to bookings valid for five overnights or more, for bookings valid for one to four overnights there is 100% cancellation fees.
The accommodation (hotels, villas studios and apartments) in our confidential tariff, are only some of those which represent.
